Chef Nana Arome — Founder & CEO
Chef Nana Arome is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of New & Brisk Culinary School. She is a creative culinary professional dedicated to blending traditional Nigerian flavours with modern techniques.
With a strong passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and structured culinary education, Chef Nana has trained children, men, and women to gain practical kitchen skills, confidence, and professional discipline.
Her goal is simple – to demystify cooking and make professional culinary training accessible, practical, and impactful.
