The Professional home course is an in-depth extensive version of the Food Enthusiast course. It’s a professional course and it covers a wider range of Intercontinental cuisines such as basic knowledge on Asian cuisines, English Cuisines and lots more, as well as African cuisines majoring in Nigerian Cuisines. The outline is of international standard. It also covers pastry and desserts.
The Nigerian pastry and cakes course provides foundational training needed to enhance one’s skills in pastries within the Nigerian context, cake making and decorations. No previous knowledge is needed for this course you only need to have a desire to create delectable pastries and cakes.
The Apprenticeship course combines supervised on-the- job training with classroom instruction. This course enables the chefs in- training understudy our well trained chefs within and outside the kitchen. It’s an all rounded course and it covers all aspect of the culinary experience.
This course focuses on specialised areas of interest and needs of individuals at a professional level. Such as; Breakfast Menus, Cakes and Decoration, Cuisines etc. The course aims at improving students from beginners level to professional level.
